Overall Condition: The sapphire measures approximately 8.60 x 8.55 x 4.60 mm Acid test indicates 18 karat gold and platinum. The rubies are chipped. Nicks and abrasion to the sapphire. A few of the small diamonds are chipped. Scratching throughout consistent with wear, some of the links are bent slightly out of shape and don't lay flat.
